Yours: data, customers, margin and control of your store
What nobody calculates

You work every day.
Mercado Livre keeps the margin.

You pack, ship, answer customers and manage inventory. And at the end of the month, between 12% and 20% of every sale goes straight into the marketplace's pocket, before it reaches yours.

And the worst part: your customers' data isn't yours. If the platform bans you tomorrow, changes the rules or raises the fee, you have nowhere to turn. You built a business on someone else's land.

You feel like you're on a treadmill that never stops. Gross revenue grows, but margin doesn't keep up. This isn't a product problem. It's a channel problem.

What you're going through right now

You pay fees on everything: commission, premium ads, shipping, tax on top of tax. Very little is left over.

Your account can be suspended at any time without notice, with no immediate appeal, for any reason the platform decides.

Your customers' data belongs to the marketplace: email, purchase history, preferences. You have no access and can't run your own retargeting.

Unfair competition for the Buy Box: you compete on price with the marketplace itself and with Chinese sellers who don't pay taxes.

You don't have a brand, just a listing position: tomorrow the algorithm changes and you disappear. There's no customer loyalty when the marketplace is the one customers see.

Your questions

The objections you haven't voiced yet

We answer honestly. No runaround, no promises we can't keep.

I deliver what was agreed or I redo it at no extra cost.

I don't offer a "guarantee of sales results", because no honest provider can promise that. But I guarantee the complete technical delivery, fully functional and within the agreed scope. If any item isn't implemented as agreed, I'll fix it without charging extra.

25 years of reputation are worth more than any contract.

"R$6.000 upfront is a lot of money"

If you make R$20.000/month on the marketplace and pay a 15% fee, that's R$3.000 leaving every month. In two months, the setup has paid for itself, and over the next 10 months you keep R$30.000 more in your pocket. The real cost isn't the setup. It's what you lose by staying without your own store.

"Will I lose my Mercado Livre sales if I switch?"

It's not a migration, it's an expansion. You don't have to leave Mercado Livre tomorrow. Your own store runs alongside it: you start attracting direct customers, gradually reduce your dependence and build a customer base that's yours.

"An online store doesn't sell by itself, I need to bring in traffic"

That's right. What we deliver is the professional infrastructure, the same one big brands use. Selling is up to you: ads, SEO, email, social media. The difference is that now you keep the margin on every sale and the data on every customer.

"I've never heard of WooCommerce"

WooCommerce runs 43% of all online stores worldwide. It's the platform behind Nike, Samsung and brands that earn billions. Solid technology, no vendor lock-in. If you ever want to switch developers, the store stays yours.

"I've tried my own store before and it didn't work"

The problem is almost never the idea. It's the execution. A poorly built store with no integrations, slow, with no support doesn't work. The Woo Premium is built by someone with 25 years of experience, with tested integrations and real support from the person who carried out the project.

Leonardo Pederzoli

Developer · Digital Strategist · Old School

I started in digital back when WordPress was still taking its first steps and e-commerce in Brazil was something only big retailers did. Since then, I've built digital infrastructure for local businesses and e-commerce brands that needed real results, with no empty promises and no outsourced team.

The Woo Premium isn't an agency product with 50 clients managed by interns.

It's direct execution, fully focused on delivering a store that really works, integrated with the systems you already use and optimized to sell from day one.

FAQ

Questions that move the decision forward

How long will it take for my store to be ready?

The standard timeline is 15 to 21 business days after the initial briefing and payment confirmation. Projects with large catalogs may have a different timeline, so we agree on it before starting. Nothing starts without an agreed deadline.

Do I need to understand technology to manage the store?

No. WooCommerce has a simple dashboard, and you get basic training on adding products, viewing orders and managing inventory. If questions come up in the first 30 days, support is included.

Can I keep selling on Mercado Livre while my store is being built?

Yes, absolutely. Your own store runs alongside it. You don't give up any channel: you build independence gradually, at your own pace.

What's the monthly recurring cost after setup?

It depends on the level of support you need: hosting plus basic maintenance, or full performance management and updates. We talk about what makes sense for your business before closing, with no fixed price forced on you.

How does payment work?

R$6.000 upfront via Pix or credit card in up to 6 installments. The project starts after payment is confirmed. No installments via boleto.

Is adding my products included?

The setup includes an initial product entry to structure categories and show how it works. Large catalogs are quoted separately, and we agree on that before starting, based on the volume of your inventory.

Will the store still be mine if I stop paying for monthly support?

Yes. The store is 100% yours from day one. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary code that only works with me. If you ever want to take it to another developer, just export it. The entire project goes with you.

Next step

Ready to stop paying rent to the marketplace?

A 20-minute conversation. A real analysis of your current operation, no long pitch, no pressure. You'll leave knowing whether The Woo Premium makes sense for where you are right now.

  • No long-term contract
  • Direct execution, no middleman
  • 25 years of digital infrastructure experience

P.S.

While you're reading this, your competitor on Mercado Livre is thinking the same thing you are. Whoever acts first gets a positioning advantage, their own customer base and a higher margin from the first month.

The Woo Premium is delivered directly by me, and the number of projects running at once is limited by capacity. When the schedule fills up, that's it.
